Baked Quail
12 Quail breasts
1 cn Evaporated milk
2 Eggs
2 cups Corn flakes
1 Baking bag
Pour 1 can of evaporated milk over quail and refrigerate overnight. Beat 2
eggs in bowl and crush corn flakes in another bowl. Dip quail pieces in egg
and then corn flakes. Place in baking bag in shallow pan and bake until brown
about 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
